Arjun Kapoor thanks Rishi Kapoor for making Malaika Arora and him feel at home

Arjun Kapoor flew off to New York to ring in his 34th birthday. The actor was accompanied by his lovely girlfriend Malaika Arora. The couple spent some quality time together as they explored the city. During the last leg of their holiday, Arjun-Malaika paid a visit to veteran actor Rishi Kapoor who is stationed in NYC since the last few months.

Sharing pictures from their visit, Neetu Kapoor took to her Instagram handle and wrote, “Fun evening with our very own Ghar ka bacha Arjun n the Lovely Malaika (sic)”. Malaika too thanked the Kapoors for the warm and lovely evening they all spent together.

Later, Arjun too shared a heartfelt post for Rishi and Neetu Kapoor. The ‘2 States’ actor thanked them for making him and his girlfriend feel at home. He also lauded the fighting spirit of the Kapoor senior against cancer.

Just like Arjun, we all have been eagerly waiting for Rishi Kapoor to come back soon. Reportedly, he is 100% cancer free and is trying to be back in Mumbai before his birthday in September. The actor, speaking about his return had told Mumbai Mirror, “Yes, I am trying to return by August end, depending on what the doctors at the hospital say. I have recovered well and I am feeling good. Must be 100% fit by the time I am back.”

Last year in September, Rishi had taken to his Twitter handle and shared the news of leaving for the US for treatment. He had requested everyone to not speculate anything about his health. Bollywood Bubble exclusively broke the news of the veteran actor being diagnosed with cancer.

We hope the ‘Mulk’ actor is back home before September.
