Arjun should be happy as he will get to spend almost a year with me, says Parineeti

The ‘Ishaqzaade’ pair Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Kapoor would be teaming up for two films in the coming year. They will be starring in ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’ and ‘Namastey Canada’. When the two stars had made their acting debut with ‘Ishaqzaade’, everyone had loved their chemistry and now we are looking forward to see their pairing again on the big screen. Well, just like us, Parineeti too seems to be quite excited.

In a recent interview, she has expressed her excitement and has stated that it should be Arjun Kapoor, who should be happy as he will get to spend almost a year with her, shooting for the two films. Quipping that she can’t wait to start shooting for these films, she says, “”More than me, Arjun should be happy as he will get to spend almost a year with me since we are shooting for two back-to-back movies. I am very excited and looking forward to both the films as he is one of my closest friends in the film industry. I am happy he is my co-star.”

Parineeti, who has been appointed as Indian woman Ambassador of the “Friend of Australia” (FOA) advocacy panel by Tourism Australia, also revealed how both the films are different from each other. She said, On the movies front, I am in prep work for ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’, which is a physically and mentally challenging project. I am very excited about it as it is an intense movie. After this, I will begin shooting for ‘Namastey Canada’, which is a light film. I will be working with Arjun Kapoor in both these movies.”
