Here’s why Arshad Warsi was replaced by Salman Khan in Bigg Boss, Akshay Kumar in Jolly LLB 2

Whenever one thinks about Bigg Boss, people automatically think about Salman Khan. However, before Salman, several other stars had hosted the show including Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Shilpa Shetty. But recently, Arshad revealed why he was replaced by Salman Khan in Bigg Boss. That’s not it, he also revealed why he didn’t do Akshay Kumar starrer Jolly LLB 2.

“Now Jolly LLB 3 is in the making and you will see Akshay teaming up with me in the film. This was the original plan – I’d feature in the first film, he’ll do the second. As for Bigg Boss, I could not do the next season as I had gone to London for a shoot. But I do believe Salman Khan is the best shot the show could have. No one could have done that job better than Salman. The reality show needs a ‘Dabangg’’ like Salman,” Arshad told Amar Ujala.

Meanwhile, Arshad Warsi has proved to be a versatile actor after his stellar performance in Asur. The actor received immense appreciation for his role in the web series. Moreover, he will be teaming up with Akshay Kumar in the third instalment of Jolly LLB. The news was confirmed by Arshad himself. Talking to an entertainment website, he said, “Jolly LLB 3 with Akshay is happening.”

This would be the second time where Arshad Warsi and Akshay will be starring together. Earlier, the two were seen in Bachchan Pandey. He also has Golmaal 5 with Rohit Shetty. But unfortunately, he also revealed that Munna Bhai 3 with Sanjay Dutt will not be happening. Even though Arshad and Sanjay are not coming together, they have announced a new movie together, getting all fans excited.
