BIG BREAKING: Aryan Khan’s bail plea to be heard tomorrow in cruise ship drug case

As per the fresh updates in the drug case related to Aryan Khan and seven others, the accused have been sent to judicial custody on Thursday, October 7. While the bail plea of Aryan was supposed to be heard today, a report in ANI states that the Esplanade Magistrate court said that it will be heard at 11 am tomorrow. The court has even asked the NCB to file a reply by then, in connection to the cruise ship drug seizure case. Meanwhile, the court has also asked the accused to be sent to judicial custody for 14 days.

ANI reported that the Mumbai court said during the hearing that the special NDPS court will now hear the case. Aryan Khan was taken in by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 2 night after the bureau conducted a raid on a cruise at the Mumbai coast. Apparently Aryan was part of the rave party on the cruise along with his friend Arbaaz Merchant and fashion designer Munmun Dhamecha. Aryan, Arbaaz and Munmun were taken in by the NCB. The next day, on October 3 Aryan was arrested by the NCB along with others in an alleged drug case.

As per the report, the other accused, including Aryan Khan will be kept in the NCB office in judicial custody till Friday morning, as the jail will not accept inmates at this hour.

Shah Rukh Khan’s fans were seen stationed outside his residence Mannat. They were seen holding placards with sweet messages post Aryan’s arrest. One of the messages read, “We all fans from every corner of the world love you deeply and unconditionally! We stand with you in these testing times! Take Care King. (sic)” Another wrote, “Every parent in any place and corner of the world, rich or poor is always just a parent! Our hearts always hurt for our children. Support is crucial and very important. And for the parents, SRK and Gauri, and for Aryan himself, it is important to know. We stand for them.”
