Aryan Khan and others accused in cruise ship drug case arrive at Arthur Road Jail

Amid his bail hearing, Aryan Khan and the other accused in the cruise ship drug case have arrived at the Arthur Jail. As per a report by ANI, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has brought the accused to the Arthur Road Jail. Meanwhile, Aryan’s bail hearing will continue from 2.45 pm today. Satish Maneshinde, who is representing Aryan, read out his statement in court and as per reports, it said, “I am a 23-year-old with no prior antecedents. I happen to be from Bollywood. I went on an invitation, refused when asked if I have drugs. They were honest not to accuse me of anything else. Data from my mobile has been retrieved and sent for forensics.”

Aryan Khan was taken in by the NCB on October 2 when he was caught being part of a rave party on a cruise ship at the Mumbai coast. Along with Aryan 7 others were accused as well. Aryan’s bail plea hearing is currently underway at a Mumbai Court. There were various arguments made during the hearing by Manshinde including, ‘Nothing was done as far as I am concerned’, ‘Arbaaz (Merchant) is a friend but I’m not connected with his activities,’ and ‘They did not confront me for two nights. I have no complaints, why will I not cooperate with them?’
