Aryan Khan has been rejected bail in a cruise ship drug case by the Special NDPS court today and now it is said that he will be applying for bail in the Bombay High Court. The star kids applications were deemed not maintainable by the magistrate and hence his bail was denied in a Mumbai Court post which his lawyers had moved to the Special NDPS court after Aryan Khan was sent to Arthur Road Jail. But, the starkid was denied bail even there for reasons that are yet to be revealed. Now, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan will move to the Bombay High Court to get his bail plea approved.

Aryan was taken in judicial custody by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3 after he was caught at a rave party on a cruise ship at the Mumbai Coast. In Aryan’s defence, his lawyer Satish Maneshinde has said that the starkid had no connection with the organizers who have invited him to the party but he went there only to add ‘glamour’ quotient. Aryaan also said that he does not know anyone except Arbaaz Merchant from the accused. But in the recent hearing at the Special NDPS Court, NCB has submitted chats between Aryan and an upcoming Bollywood actress discussing drugs during the Cruise Party.

Aryan has another worry on the way as the courts will be going on vacation during early November as it is Diwali on November 4. If Aryan is not granted bail before the first week of November, his jail time will be prolonged. Shah Rukh Khan’s son has already been in the Arthur Road Jail for two weeks now along with the other accused.
