Aryan Khan arrives at NCB office for weekly attendance, Watch

Aryan Khan arrived for yet another week of his attendance at the NCB office in relation to his drug case. Aryan Khan was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28 along with the other accused after he was arrested by the NCB in relation to the drug case. It has been over a month since Aryan was released on bail, but he was seen arriving at the NCB office of his weekly Friday attendance.

Shah Rukh Khan’s son was seen arriving at the NCB office today as well. He was wearing a black hoodie with grey bottoms as he made his way through the office. It is one of the bail conditions for Aryan Khan and the others to show up at the office once a week on Friday.

Aryan spent almost 3 weeks in Arthur Road jail as his bail was rejected multiple times. His case was then moved to Bombay High Court when he got relief. The bail order by Bombay High Court read, “Having regard to the material brought on record by the Respondent (NCB) on the issue of conspiracy, this court prima facie has not noticed any positive evidence against the Applicants on the said issue. This Court is of the opinion that the claim put forth by the Respondent that Applicants should be considered to have intention to commit an offence under the NDPS Act, having found in possession of commercial quantity, in the backdrop of case of hatching conspiracy is liable to be rejected.”
