Aryan Khan bail hearing to continue at Bombay High Court tomorrow

Aryan Khan was sent to Arthur Road Jail after he was arrested by the NCB in a drug bust on a cruise. Shah Rukh Khan’s son has been in custody for 20 days now and his bail hearing took place today. The star kid has been denied bail along with the other accused multiple times. Aryan Khan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi argued about there being no allegations of possession or consumption on the star kid so why has he been in jail. The hearing did not reach a conclusion as the court was adjourned and it will continue tomorrow at 2:30 pm.

Meanwhile, in today’s session, Aryan’s lawyer was seen stating in the court that these young boys can be sent to rehabilitation instead of going through a trial. Rohatgi also claimed that there is no allegation of possession, consumption or sales, there is no point in the star kid being sent to jail. As per a report by The Live Law, Aryan Khan’s lawyer said, “I am arguing a case which is actually not there against me.”

Aryan’s lawyer also argued that the amount of drugs found is not enough to keep him in custody, “What was recovered was small, 6 gms. The sizes are small, medium and large. Sorry I mean small intermediary and commercial. (Everyone laughs) So this small amount is not enough to keep me in custody.”

The Bail hearing of Aryan Khan will now continue tomorrow as the court was adjourned.
