Aryan Khan was denied bail by the special NDPS court on Wednesday after being denied bail thrice. According to a new report, the High court will hear the star kid’s bail application on October 26 after he was arrested on October 3 is in judicial custody in Arthur Road Jail. Aryan had applied for bail in the Mumbai court but he was rejected bail as his applications were not maintainable. Shah Rukh Khan’s son was detained on October 3 after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) sleuths raided an alleged rave party on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai.
Taking to Twitter, Live Law reported that Adv Satish Maneshinde, Aryan Khan’s counsel requested the court for a hearing in the bail application tomorrow or on Monday. ASG Anil Singh for the NCB said in court that they haven’t been served. Maneshinde then pointed out that they have been served electronically.

As per the report, apart from Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha’s bail application will also be heard on Tuesday, by the Mumbai High Court. During the proceedings from earlier this morning, Maneshinde also requested the court for the hearing to be held via video conferencing. However, the court denied the request made by Aryan Khan’s counsel.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan was spotted in public for the first time since his son, Aryan’s arrest in the cruise ship drug case. The actor made a fleeting appearance. He was clicked while arriving at the Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai, where Aryan is in custody. SRK immediately left after a meet with his son. The actor was also seen greeting people outside the jail with folded hands.
Apart from Aryan Khan, many others including Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Gomit Chopra, Nupur Sarika, and Vikrant Chhokar were taken into custody by the NCB sleuths on October 2.
