Aryan Khan has been sent to jail after he was arrested by the NCB in a raid on a cruise at the Mumbai Coast on October 3. Aryan has been repeatedly denied bail even though his lawyers claim that there was no possession by Shah Rukh Khan’s son of any drugs. The bail hearing of Aryan Khan drug case took place today and his lawyer Mukul Rohatgi was seen arguing that there has been no allegation of consumption, sales or purchase against the star kid so why has he been sent for 20 days in jail.
As per a report by Live Law, Aryan’s lawyer said in Court, “My case will go to 8(c), 27 and 20(b) and not Section 27A. My case is far from Section 27A. Out of the twin conditions for bail, Section 37 does not apply because 27A has no application. Section 64A has immunity from prosecution if you are prosecuted under Sec 27 and you go to rehab. I am arguing a case that is actually not there against me. My case is not of possession or consumption. In the US and some parts of the world, cannabis is legal. With this compendium of facts, what I am saying is that there is no case. There is no consumption, no possession… Why this boy has been sent 20 days in jail.”
The lawyer also added, “I am arguing a case which is actually not there against me.” He said there was no consumption or recovery and there was no driver carrying drugs on his behalf either. Aryan’s lawyer also said that there is nothing against #AryanKhan.

Rohatgi says that there is nothing against #AryanKhan. Section 27A is financing any activities of cultivation of coca plant or opium or indulging in production.
Aryan is not charged with this but Rohatgi says it still won’t apply.#BombayHighCourt #AryanKhanCase
