Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided an alleged rave party, on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. Aryan is currently in Arthur Road Jail after he was remanded to judicial custody under the court’s orders. In a significant development in the Aryan Khan case, a report published by NDTV states that a witness in the cruise drug bust case has made shocking allegations against the NCB. As per the report, the witness claimed that NCB officer Sameer Wankhede and KP Gosavi, the absconding man whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral on the internet, have colluded and that a money deal has taken place.
According to the report, Prabhakar Sail, the witness in the drug bust, claimed that he is the personal bodyguard of Gosavi. He stated that he heard of an Rs 18 crore deal between Gosavi and one Sam D’Souza. As per the report, the witness claimed that Rs 8 crore was to be paid to Wankhede. The report stated that he also said that he had received money from Gosavi to hand it over to Sam D’Souza and that KP Gosavi is missing now.
Sail, who has been named in the press release issued by the NCB on October 6 revealed his reason behind filing an affidavit. He said that he feared for his life and liberty.

Amidst all this, the NCB has refuted all the claims made by the witness. Sameer Wankhede, NCB Mumbai Zonal director also denied the allegations. He said he will give a befitting reply amidst the allegations against him. The report mentioned that the sources have called these claims ‘baseless’.
As per the report, a source said, “There are CCTV cameras in the office and nothing of this sort happened. This affidavit can be taken to NDPS court and we will give our response there.”
Meanwhile, Aryan Khan’s bail plea was rejected by the special NDPS court, recently. The star kid’s lawyers filed a bail application in the Bombay High Court, which will be heard on October 26. Aryan’s judicial custody has been extended till October 30, in the drug case.
