Aryan Khan drug case: Witness made to sign a blank page; new video raises questions

Star kid Aryan Khan drug case is getting messier with each passing day. Actor Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail was rejected on October 20 and reportedly, his judicial custody has been extended till 30th October. However, Aryan has now moved to the Bombay High court to appeal for bail. Now, amidst the drug case, a new shocking video has emerged on social media that is raising some serious questions over the Mumbai cruise drugs case. The video was shared by a Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and Shiv Sena Leader, Sanjay Raut. 

Raut took to his Twitter handle and dropped a video where he alleged that a witness was made to sign a blank paper in the Mumbai drugs case. He wrote, “Witness in #AryanKhan case made to sign on blank paper by NCB is shocking. Also thr r reports that thr ws demnd of huge money. CM Uddhav Thackeray said tht ths cases r made 2 defame Maharashtra. Ths seems 2b comng tru @Dwalsepatil Police shd tk suo moto cognizance @CMOMaharashtra” 

Meanwhile, according to Live Law, the major development in AryanKhan case states, “Prabhakar Sail, who claims to be a panch witness , states in a notarized affidavit that he overheard KP Gosavi & Sam D’Souza say that “you put a bomb of Rs 25 crores, let’s settle for Rs 18 crores and give 8 crores to #SameerWakhende”

It’s another tweet stated, “Prabhakar Sail(who was working as body guard of KP Gosavi) adds in his notarized affidavit he was called to the #NCB office and was asked by #SameerWakhende to sign as a panch witness of the #CruiseDrugCase and his signature was taken on 10 blank papers.”
