Aryan Khan finally GRANTED bail by Bombay High Court in drug case

Aryan Khan was taken in by the Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3 after he was caught in a drug raid on a cruise ship at the Mumbai Coast. In a recent development of the case, Aryan Khan has been finally granted bail by the Bombay High Court after being rejected bail multiple times before. Aryan had applied for bail earlier in the Mumbai court but since his applications were not maintainable he was rejected bail. Post that, he was also denied bail by the Special NDPS Court. This news has come as a huge relief for Aryan and his family. Reportedly, in the drug case, psychotropic and banned drugs like hashish, cocaine, and MD were recovered from the cruise party. Apart from Aryan, several others including Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, and others were also taken into custody by the NCB.

Aryan Khan was sent to the Arthur Jail Road along with the other accused. Two other accused, who were guests at the same cruise party were granted bail yesterday (October 26) by the Special NDPS Court. As per a report by Live Law, “Bombay High Court allows bail to #AryanKhan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in cruise drugs case. Court will pronounce detailed order with reasons tomorrow.”

Aryan Khan has been finally granted bail along with the other accused in the cruise ship drug case and he will be returning home after spending 25 days at the Arthur Road Jail. The Bombay High Court will pronounce the entire order with reasons, bail conditions will come out tomorrow.
