Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan gets clean chit from NCB in the cruise ship drug case

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son Aryan Khan made headlines for controversial reasons last year. The young star kid was arrested in the drugs on cruise case. He walked out of the Arthur Jail after 22 days. Shah Rukh Khan and family went through a tough time. Now, as per the latest update, the NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) has given a clean chit to Aryan Khan in the drugs case.

The statement clearly states that NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) in October last year intercepted Vikrant, Ishmeet, Arbaaz, Aryan and Gomit at the International Port Terminal, Mumbai Port Trust, and Nupur, Mohak and Munmun on the Cordelia Cruise. It added, “All the accused persons were found in possession of narcotics except Aryan and Mohak.”

The high-profile case was investigated by NCB and later SIT was constituted to investigate the case.

NCB said, “SIT (Special Investigation Team) carried out its investigation in an objective manner. The touchstone of the principle of proof beyond reasonable doubt has been applied. Based on the investigation carried out by SIT, a complaint against 14 persons under various sections of NDPS Act is being filled. Complain against rest 6 persons is not being filed due to lack of sufficient evidence.”

Following the drugs on cruise case, Aryan Khan has been keeping a low-profile. On Wednesday, he attended Karan Johar’s birthday bash. Several pictures of the star kid arriving at the bash had gone viral on the internet. He was accompanied by mom Gauri Khan. Shah Rukh Khan, who has also been keeping a low-profile, sneaked his way into KJo’s party.

Given that NCB has now given Aryan a clean chit in the case, Shah Rukh Khan and family can breathe a sigh of relief.
