Aryan Khan’s judicial custody extended till Oct 30 in drug case

The Special NDPS Court has extended the judicial custody of Aryan Khan. Shah Rukh Khan’s son was arrested by the NCB in a drug bust on a cruise by the Mumbai Coast. Aryan Khan has been rejected bail multiple times by the court and he was sent to Arthur Road Jail. In a new development in the case, Aryan’s judicial custody has been extended till October 30 in the drug case, as per a report by ANI.

Aryan Khan’s bail hearing took place at the Special NDPS court yesterday and Aryan was denied bail by the court. Aryan’s lawyers had told the media after the hearing that they will be moving to the Bombay High Court next. As per Live Law, it was said that Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde had requested a hearing tomorrow or on Monday. But, the matter was then listed for a hearing in Court on Tuesday, October 26.

Meanwhile, Earlier this morning, Shah Rukh Khan was seen arriving at the Arthur Road Jail to meet his son. It was a fleeting visit as the actor was seen leaving the place within moments. Fans were heartbroken to see SRK and they sent their good wishes to King Khan. Shah Rukh was also mobbed outside by the media and fans; many actors were seen raising their voices against it.
