Aryan Khan to make his directorial debut with a web series?

Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has been making headlines over rumours that he is has been developing ideas for web series and looks like he will directing it as well. If the latest buzz is anything to go by then the young aspiring filmmaker has already done a test shoot for the web show. The test shoot was said to take place at a studio in Mumbai.

As per a report by Pinkvilla, apart from working on the project, Aryan will also be directing it and he has taken charge of the whole project. The show is yet untitled but they have begun work on the pre-production for the web series.

A source said in a statement, “Besides writing the project, Aryan will also be directing it. He had taken complete charge at the test shoot that took place on Friday and Saturday. As a part of his and the crew’s prep, Aryan wanted to bring everyone together and understand the project before they actually start shooting for it. He is very passionate about this yet untitled show, and has already begun work on the pre-production. They will finalise the actual shooting dates soon,” as per Pinkvilla.

Shah Rukh Khan has always said that his son Aryan Khan is not interested in acting and wants to direct movies. SRK has once told DNA, “He’s writing, directing and learning stuff for four years. It’s one of the highest levels of studies at the University of Southern California to become a film-maker. My daughter wants to act. She also has to attend a four-year course in theatre. I think both of them should study.”

Meanwhile, talking about SRK, he will be seen next in Pathaan which will also star Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
