As Brahmastra turns 1, Alia Bhatt shares BTS moments from their first look test to Ranbir Kapoor hating rain sequence

On September 9, Brahmastra movie completed its one year of release. The movie starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor also did great business at the box office. Brahmastra was the first movie where director Ayan Mukerji introduced the Indian audience to the Astraverse. And well, it did wonders as people were blown by its visual extravaganza. As the movie turned 1, Ayan, Karan Johar dropped heartfelt posts on social media to celebrate it. Now, Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram and treated fans with some BTS moments of Brahmastra.

The small video showed glimpses of their first look test, their first trip to Paris, Varanasi nights. Moreover, she also gave us a glimpse of Ranbir Kapoor who was seen sitting with a towel over his head. Alia mentioned that someone hated the rain sequence. That’s not it, we also got to see a sweet moment between Ayan and Alia.

Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji celebrated one of Brahmastra

Ayan also treated fans with some early artwork from the next stage of the Brahmastra. He captioned, “BRAHMĀSTRA – PART TWO: DEV. Early Concept Art Work. Has been a few months of working steadily on the Vision and Story for Brahmāstra 2 & 3! On this special day for Team Brahmāstra, felt like sharing a few key images of our Inspiration.”

In April, Ayan announced Brahmastra Part 2: Dev will be released in 2026 whereas Part 3 will be released in 2027.
