Asha Parekh reacts to vacation pics with Waheeda Rehman and Helen going viral; says, ‘Such intrusion feels like violation’

A few weeks back, pictures of veteran actresses and close friends Asha Parekh, Waheeda Rehman and Helen from their vacation went viral on social media. The trio was seen having a gala time as they spent some quality and relaxing times in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The veteran actresses’ fans loved how they all share such a lovely bond and take out time to vacation together. However, while everyone praised how they are setting friendship goals, but looks like the actresses are not happy with their pics going viral.

Asha called it a violation of their privacy. She also revealed that Helen and Waheeda are equally upset over their private vacation pics making their way to social media.

Expressing her displeasure, the Love In Tokyo actress told SpotboyE, “More than me, Waheeda and Helen were upset. They are far more private people than me. People were sharing the pictures and saying the three of us should star in a sequel to ‘Dil Chahta Hai’. Why ‘Dil Chahta Hai’? I don’t understand. It was more like ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’.”

The veteran actress went on to share how these days anybody clicks a picture without permission. “Anybody can click a selfie with you. Pehle autograph mangte the ab selfie. When you are with your family or close friends such intrusion feels like a violation, ” she told the portal.

Sharing about the trip, the actress said that they went to Andamans at the end of March just before lockdown. Asha tried her hands at snorkelling for the first time with Waheeda and called it a once in a lifetime experience.
