Ashish Vidyarthi tests COVID positive; moves to a hospital in Delhi

Actor Ashish Vidyarthi has tested positive for Covid-19. The National Award-winning actor took to his Instagram handle to share the news. He has requested whoever has come in touch with him to get themselves tested. He also said that he is symptoms free. In the video, Ashish said that he felt uneasy yesterday i.e on Thursday (March 11) and got tested for Covid-19 and said that he is now moving to a hospital in Delhi.

Ashish requested everyone who came in contact with him in Mumbai, Varanasi and Delhi to get themselves tested. He said, “I am good. Welcome to real life! Take care, thank you”.

Sharing the video, Ashish wrote, “This is one positive I didn’t want… I tested positive for Covid… Whoever has come in touch with me, please get yourself tested. Am symptom free as of now.. Trust shall be fine soon. Your wishes and love are invaluable. Alshukran Bandhu.. Alshukran Zindagi!(sic)”

After he posted the video, fans of the actor flooded his comments section with “get well soon” messages.

Also, actor Manoj Bajpayee has tested Covid-19 positive while he was shooting for his upcoming movie Despatch. The shoot has come to a halt. He tested positive after his director got infected with it. Manoj is on medication and recovering well. He has quarantined himself at home and following all the precautions.

Recently, Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Leela Bhansali also tested positive for Covid-19. Ranbir’s movie Brahmastra’s shoot was stalled after he tested positive. Alia Bhatt also got herself tested but her result came negative.
