Athiya Shetty is grateful for having bf KL Rahul; shares a quirky mirror selfie with him on his birthday

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul have been termed the ‘it’ couple on social media. Though the two have not officially confirmed their dating status, it is well known that the two have been together. Their posts for each other are unmissable. As KL Rahul celebrates his birthday today, Athiya Shetty shared unseen and quirky mirror selfies with him while wishing him a very happy birthday. She also emphasized feeling grateful to have him. Athiya wrote, “Grateful for you, happy birthday.” The post has already got immense love.

Athiya’s father, actor Suniel Shetty too commented on her post saying, “Truly” followed by a black colour heart emoji. KL Rahul’s close friend and cricketer Hardik Pandya also left a comment that read, “My cuties.” On Athiya’s birthday in 2020, Rahul had shared a picture with Athiya calling her his ‘mad child’. KL Rahul is currently the caption of Punjab Kings at the IPL 2021. He has closely bonded with the Shetty family already and has been seen in many of their family pictures together.

Earlier, Suniel Shetty too had seemed to have approved their relationship. In an interview he had said, “We love the kids and the kids they are dating. Absolutely love them and I think more than profession, being happy in life is very important today because that is the space I think that is missing. We were all happy, we grew up happy.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Athiya was last seen in Motichoor Chaknachoor with Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Her performance in the movie was appreciated and loved. She was also a part of Mubarakan alongside Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Ileana Dcruz among others. Athiya made her debut alongside Sooraj Pancholi.
