The Supreme Court of India delivered a historic judgement today. Yes, the verdict over the long-pending Ram Janmabhoomi and Babri Masjid land dispute is finally out. As per the judgement, a temple will be constructed on the disputed land in Ayodhya. Whereas the Muslims will be given an alternate land within the city for the construction of a mosque.
Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, headed the bench of five judges who read out the verdict today. Several Bollywood celebs took to their social media handles to hail the verdict as well as appealed everyone to move ahead and maintain peace and harmony.
