Ayushmann will be getting honoured at the Times 100 Impact Award. Adding to the glory of that achievement is that he is the only Indian to be receiving the honour this year. Interestingly, this isn’t the first time he is getting the award. This marks Ayushmann’s second win at Times 100 Impact Award in 3 years. This truly speaks volumes of the impact that the actor’s work has had globally.

With his film choices, Ayushmann has always given voice to poignant stories. He made a niche for himself in the social comedy genre. So much so that his name became a genre of its own. The actor has given many successful movies that propagate poignant messages in an entertaining way.

Recently, he did the same with Dream Girl 2 opposite Ananya Panday. The film got good reviews and commercially, it was a success. It recently only entered the coveted 100 crore club on the Indian box office. With that, it became the fourth film of the actor to be a part of this esteemed club.

Ayushmann has been paving a way of his own in the industry. The actor has given projects ranging from comedies to intense dramas. He has always attempted to do something different and unique. His upcoming line up also boasts the same. The actor is reportedly a part of two big films. The first is a biopic of the former Indian cricket team captain Sourav Ganguly. He is reportedly playing the lead in the film. Post that, he is also allegedly a part of a vampire film, which is a part of Dinesh Vijan’s horror universe. The franchise already has Stree, Roohi and Bhediya as part of it.
