Dream Girl 2 promo: Ranveer Singh aka Rocky compares ‘Pooja’ aka Ayushmann Khurrana with ‘World Cup’ in a hilarious video – WATCH

Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday starrer Dream Girl 2 is one of the most-anticipated films of the year. On Thursday, Ayushmann took to his Instagram and treated fans with the latest promo of Dream Girl 2. The latest promo features Ayushmann as Pooja having a hilarious conversation over a call with none other than Ranveer Singh aka Rocky from Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

Pooja and Rocky’s hilarious phone conversation will leave you in splits. The video opens with Pooja getting a call from Rocky. Rocky praises Pooja for her red saree and compares her with World Cup for retuning after four years. To this, Pooja replies, “World Cup ka toh pata nahi but trophy mein jaroor hu.” Pooja then promises a surprise.

Ayushmann shared the video on his Instagram and wrote in the caption, “Pyaar ek tyohaar hai, pachees ko iss baar hai! Your @pooja_dreamgirl arrives with a Rockying surprise on 25^th July #DreamGirl2 In Cinemas on 25^th August, 2023 #DreamGirlKiPremKahaani #25thAugustHogaMast.”

Fans shared their excitement. Ayushmann and Ananya starrer Dream Girl 2 is a sequel to Dream Girl which was released in 2019. The upcoming film was slated to release in July but the release was postponed. Apart from Ayushmann and Ananya, Dream Girl 2 also stars Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Manjot Singh, Asrani, and Vijay Raaz.

Talking about Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, it stars Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. The Karan Johar directorial is slated to release on 28^th July.
