Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday starrer Dream Girl 2 has a new release date. Earlier in September, Ayushmann had shared the teaser on Instagram and announced that the sequel will release on 29^th June next year. However, as reported by IANS, Dream Girl 2 has now been shifted from June 29 to 23.

Ayushmann and Ananya starrer is set to release on June 23, 2023. Reportedly, when Ekta Kapoor came to know that Sajid Nadiadwala’s film SatyaPrem Ki Katha, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, is scheduled to release on the same day as Ayushmann starrer, she agreed to prepone the date of her film.

Earlier, Ayushmann had shared a video on Instagram introducing Ananya as the female lead of the film. He had captioned it as, “Aapki Dream Girl phir se aa rahi hai, miliye Pooja se 29^th June, 2023 ki Eid par.” The film will now release on June 23^rd.

On the other hand, Ayushmann recently hosted a Diwali bash at his house. Tahira Kashyap had shared a video on Instagram giving fans a glimpse into the Diwali party. She had captioned it as, “Houses are nothing it’s the people who make it a home! Everyone brought in such amazing energy last night. The warmth and love we all felt was magical! I really wish everyone gets to celebrate Diwali with their favourite and loved ones. We were fortunate to celebrate it the same way #diwali #favouritefestival #vibes #diwalifeels… Love and happiness to all.”

On the work front, Ayushmann has The Action Hero. Ananya, on the other hand, will be seen in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan. She will share screen space with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav in the same.
