Ayushmann Khurrana thanks Akshay Kumar for his cameo in An Action Hero: We will always be grateful

Ayushmann Khurrana recently delivered a terrific performance in An Action Hero. The actor performed action stunts in the film and won hearts his different avatar. For the uninitiated, Akshay Kumar has made a cameo appearance in Ayushmann starrer An Action Hero. On Friday, Ayushmann took to Instagram and thanked Akshay for his cameo appearance in the film. The actor penned a note for the ‘OG Khiladi’.

Ayushmann shared a pic with Akshay along with the caption, “Flying high on the reviews and because the OG Khiladi is in the house (or rather plane). Thank you @akshaykumar sir for being a part of our film. We will always be grateful.”

Reacting to the post, a fan commented, “AK with AK is all I wanted.” Another fan dropped a comment saying, “Action film ho aur khiladi kumar na ho toh maja ni ayega na.” “King of Action Khiladi,” wrote a fan. Another fan commented, “Double AK (Action).” “Action legend with the new action hero,” wrote a fan. Another one commented, “Both of you are OG.”

Directed by Anirudh Iyer, An Action Hero also stars Jaideep Ahlawat. Ayushmann and Jaideep have nailed it with their performances in the film.

Bollywood Bubble gave An Action Hero 3.5 stars. A part of the review read, “Overall, it is eye pleasing to see Ayushmann Khurrana in a different role, shifting from his social-drama image. He will surely impress you with his power-packed action avatar and chiselled body. On the other hand, Jaideep Ahlawat is such a natural who plays his part with utmost conviction.”

Apart from this, Ayushmann will be next seen in Dream Girl 2 with Ananya Panday. Talking about Akshay, he has Gorkha, Selfiee with Emraan Hashmi, and Oh My God 2 with Pankaj Tripathi.
