Tahira Kashyap shuts down rumours of her mother being a part of ‘Ramayan’; says, “These reports are false”

Owing to the lockdown, popular shows like ‘Ramayan‘ and ‘Mahabharat’ are being re-telecasted on Doordarshan on public demand. The reruns of these classic shows have made the TRP ratings of Doordarshan hit the roof. Now the latest reports suggest that multi-talented actor Ayushmann Khurrana has a special connection with ‘Ramayan’.

Yes, it was reported that the actor’s mother-in-law Anita Kashyap, played the role of friendly demon Trijata in this Ramanand Sagar’s production. However, the actor’s wife, Tahira Kashyap has rubbished all these reports.

According to the latest buzz, it was stated that Tahira’s mother played the popular role of Trijata in the mythological show ‘Ramayan’. Rubbishing all these reports, Tahira told Bollywood Bubble, “There’s no truth to these reports of my mother Mrs Anita Kashyap starring in the Ramayan show. All these reports are false. She was an educationist and has no connection with this show, whatsoever.”

Well, let’s hope that Tahira’s clarification shuts down all the rumours. Coming back to Ayushmann, he is treating his fans and followers with his poetry and songs amidst the lockdown.
