‘Baadshaho’: The release date of Ajay Devgn starrer postponed

Ajay Devgn and Milan Luthria are all set to collaborate once again for ‘Baadshaho’. The movie was earlier slated to release on January 26, 2017. However, it has been now postponed to May 12, 2017.

According to a leading daily, the producer of the film, Bhushan Kumar along with Ajay and Milan decided to postpone the release date to May 12. In the daily, Milan has quoted, “I’ve been told that Ritesh Sidhwani and Rakesh Roshan, producers of the other films, called Bhushan requesting him to move the release date. We discussed it and decided to shift (‘Baadshaho’) to May 12 to accommodate their request. History is full of examples that big films which released on the same Friday, like ‘Gadar’ and ‘Lagaan’, still made an impact. Ultimately it is the product that matters. As a filmmaker my job is to make a good film and not ponder on all this.”

‘Baadshaho’ also stars Emraan Hashmi, Vidyut Jammwal, Ileana D’Cruz and Esha Gupta.

However, still a clash is going to take place between Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’ and Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’ on January 26, 2017.
