Bachchan Pandey: Akshay Kumar oozes gangster vibes in new posters, release date ANNOUNCED

On Tuesday, Actor Akshay Kumar took to Instagram and dropped the new posters of Bachchan Pandey. In the posters, the actor is seen giving gangster as well as little rowdy vibes as sports a bandana, black sunnies and chunky gold chains around his neck. Donning a black shirt and carrying a bag of weapons, Akshay’s character as Bachchan Pandey looks terrifying. In another poster, we see Akshay on a truck with his men who have various types of weapons in their hands. Well, going by the posters, the film will be high on action. 

That’s not it, as per Akki’s new Instagram post, the film will also have comedy, romance and drama. Apart from the posters, he has also announced the release date of the film. Meet Bachchan Pandey in the theatres on March 18. Sharing the new Bachchan Pandey posters, the Sooryavanshi actor wrote, “Action Comedy Romance Drama L-O-A-D-I-N-G this Holi! #SajidNadiadwala’s #BachchanPandey in cinemas on 18th March 2022 Directed by @farhadsamji” 

Apart from Akshay, the film also stars Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez, Pankaj Tripathi and Arshad Warsi.

Meanwhile, talking to Pinkvilla, Kriti spoke about the film as she was quoted saying, “He’s constantly having fun, and likes people to also have fun. We would play games like Tambola and all, and even the people who were serving food there, the people from the hotel would also join in. He’s like a people’s person. He likes involving everyone who’s there, whether it’s a costume person, makeup person or anyone on sets. He brings people together and that’s amazing.”

Directed by Farhad Samji and bankrolled by Sajid Nadiadwala, Bachchan Pandey will hit the big screens during Holi.
