Bachchhan Paandey: Akshay Kumar-Kriti Sanon give a sneak-peek into the world of the action-comedy with a new poster

The trailer of Bachchhan Paandey will be out on February 18 at 10:40 am. Ahead of its trailer release, the makers today dropped a brand new poster featuring Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon. In the poster, Kriti is seen sitting at the back on a bike with Akshay. She is also seen holding a gun in one hand. Akshay is seen in the get-up of a gangster with a bandana around his head, wearing a cool shades and also tying a cloth around his arm. Sharing the poster, the Mimi actress revealed the name of her character. She is playing Myra Devekar in the action comedy.

While Akshay is playing the role of a gangster, Kriti is essaying the role of an aspiring director who sets out on a quest to film a gripping gangster biopic with a real life gangster, Bachchhan Paandey. Kriti gets raw, real and adventurous with this one.

Kriti and Akshay have reunited after Housefull 4. Going by the latest poster, we can make it out that their camaraderie and chemistry in the film promise to leave audiences hooked. Kriti had earlier mentioned how it’s always a fun environment on set with Akshay where the entire team comes together as a family. Her character Myra in the film gets caught by Bachchhan Paandey and what happens next in this twist of tale takes us on a roller coaster ride.

Directed by Farhad Samji, it is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Apart from Akshay and Kriti, it has ensemble starcast including Jacqueline Fernandez, Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjay Mishra, Abhimanyu Singh, and Arshad Warsi among others.

The movie is all set to hit the theatres on March 18, 2022.
