‘Bajirao Mastani’ clocks 5 years: Deepika Padukone remembers how Mastani was fuelled by passion

Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh along with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali created a masterpiece titled ‘Bajirao Mastani’ that was praised by their fans widely. The movie completed 5 years today and Deepika was all praise for the fierce qualities of her character.

Deepika took to her Instagram account and shared a picture from the sets of ‘Bajirao Mastani’. In the picture, Deepika is seen sharing a sweet moment with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The actress was in a black outfit and she looked lovely in her Mastani avatar.

The caption read, “Whether in love or war, Mastani was fuelled by her passion, unafraid to write her own destiny, no matter how perilous the path. Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika is currently filming for her upcoming Shakun Batra directorial. The movie also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday. She will also be seen alongside hubby Ranveer Singh in ’83’.
