‘Batla House’: John Abraham shares yet another poster for this crime-thriller

B-town’s handsome hunk John Abraham is very much inclined towards patriotic subjects. His films like ‘Madras Cafe’ and ‘Parmanu – The Story Of Pokhran’ and the recently released ‘Satyameva Jayate‘ are a testimony to this fact. The actor is now gearing up to treat the audience with yet another action-crime-thriller ‘Batla House’ inspired from real life incident.

The actor unveiled the first look of ‘Batla House’ yesterday and today shared yet another poster of the film. John took to Twitter and wrote, “95 mins that took 8yrs to be resolved and changed his life forever.” The story of India’s most Decorated/Controversial Cop. #BatlaHouse”

Director Nikkhil Advani too had posted on the micro-blogging site, “Have waited for a long time for this story to be told. Unveiling an explosive account of one of the most controversial events to have rocked modern India. #waitforit”

John is looking very intense in this new poster, which has him dressed as a Police officer. Reportedly the actor will be playing Sanjay Kumar Yadav, who headed the Batla House encounter. Helmed by Nikkhil Advani, ‘Batla House’ is written by Ritesh Shah and is all set to hit the silver screens on August 15, 2019. Interestingly, ‘Batla House’ is all set to clash with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer fantasy adventure drama ‘Brahmastra’.
