‘Baywatch’: Priyanka Chopra’s Hollywood debut to get a huge release in India

We are sure fans of Priyanka Chopra are eagerly waiting to watch her Hollywood debut film ‘Baywatch’. The actress, who plays the antagonist in the film, recently at an event stated that the movie will be getting a huge release in India.

Priyanka said, “There are many actors who have taken sabbatical. I don’t think we need to force ourselves on Indian audience. I am not an insecure person in life. I will do a film if I like it and have time. I have a show coming every weekend. ‘Baywatch’ will have a huge release in India. I intend to bring the cast here. We will have a world press junket.”

At the event, she also spoke about the pay disparity between male and female actors. The actress said, “As much as there is huge pay disparity between male and female, it is in the society in general. The day a woman’s film grosses like a male star, we will get paid more. Audience should watch the movie for its content. Not for male or female. It is unfair for it to be a pressure on a female star that your film isn’t doing well. It will happen soon. Men need to stand up for feminism.”
