Varun Dhawan gives a peek into the dark world of an urban legend as he announces Bhediya trailer release date

Varun Dhawan was last seen in family drama Jug Jugg Jeeyo. The movie went on to mint at the box office. The dashing star will next be seen in Bhediya a Dinesh Vijan creature comedy. The movie also marks the reunion of Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon.They were last seen in Shah Rukh Khan-led Dilwale. Today the makers have unveiled a killer teaser of Bhediya and also shared the trailer release date of the film.

Taking to Instagram Varun Dhawan shared the spine chilling trailer date announcement video of Bhediya. He captioned it as, “Banenge insaan uska naashta! ? Bhediya trailer howling on 19th October, 2022. #BhediyaTrailerOn19thOct.”

The one minute teaser begins with a text on the screen that says, “Witness the awakening of the legend,” Next come some bats flying over a house, a man being chased in the forest by a wol. We then see a group of people chanting a prayer as the fire takes form of a wolf. Last but not the least the spine chilling form of the wolf tearing through the door, leaping as the title — Bhediya.

The Bhediya teaser ends with the date of the trailer: To be out on October 19 to mark Varun’s 10 years in Bollywood. The actor had made his debut on the date in 2012 with Karan Johar’s Student of the Year. The teaser has left fans quite excited with many eager to watch the trailer to know more about Varun’s dark world.

Bhediya also features Deepak Dobriyal and Abhishek Banerjee and will hit the screens on November 25. The film marks Amar Kaushik’s third feature directorial. This is after  Rajkummar Rao-Shraddha Kapoor starrer horror-comedy Stree and Ayushmann Khurrana-led comedy drama Bala.
