Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2: Kartik Aaryan starrer to release on THIS date

Anees Bazmee’s directorial Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 starring actors Kartik Aaryan, Tabu and Kiara Advani, has finally got a release date. The psychological-comedy-thriller is set to release in theatres on November 19, 2021. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is a sequel to the 2007 horror-comedy starring Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan and Shiney Ahuja. It was directed by Priyadarshan.

T-Series announced the release date with a tweet that read: “The edge-of-the seat comedy psychological thriller, #BhoolBhulaiyaa2 starring @TheAaryanKartik, #Tabu & @advani_kiara will release in theatres on 19th November 2021. Produced by #BhushanKumar, @MuradKhetani& #KrishanKumar under the banner of @TSeries & @Cine1Studios.”

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is written by Farhad Samji and Aakash Kaushik. It also stars Rajpal Yadav and Govind Namdev. It went on floors in 2019 but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the shoot got delayed. Earlier, it was slated to release on July 31, 2020.

Recently, a report in Pinkvilla stated that Kiara and Kartik will be heading to Manali for a song shoot for the movie and they will be there for 3 to 4 days. There will be another schedule in March in Mumbai and the team will be going to Lucknow later. Last year, we learned from our sources that the makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 had asked Kartik to take a pay cut. But Kartik refused as he had already started shooting for the film when the lockdown happened and he found it legit to not curtail his remuneration.

Apart from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik will also be seen in Karan Johar’s Dostana 2, and Ram Madhvani’s Dhamaka.
