Bhoot Police producer Ramesh Taurani tests positive for Covid after first dose of vaccine

With each passing day, the spike in Covid positive cases can be witnessed in B-town as well. After Ranbir Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Aamir Khan now producer Ramesh Taurani has tested positive for the deadly virus.

The Bhoot Police producer took to his social media accounts to share the news with his friends and followers. Taurani even revealed that he had recently taken the first dose of the Covid vaccine. The filmmaker even urged people who came in his contact in the last two weeks to get tested.

Sharing the news of Covid diagnosis, Taurani took to his Instagram handle and posted, “I have tested positive for COVID and have informed BMC. I have been following all the precautions and taking medications to get better. If you have interacted with me in the past 2 weeks please do get tested. I have taken my 1st vaccine dose and hope to recover from this soon. Please wear a mask and stay safe! (sic).”

As soon as the filmmaker shared the news, his industry friends and well-wishers wished him a speedy recovery. Arslan Goni, Raj Kundra, Freddy Daruwala and several other celebs extended ‘get well soon’ wishes to Taurani.

Earlier today, Aamir Khan too confirmed that he has contracted the deadly virus. The Laal Singh Chaddha actor is currently self-quarantining at his Mumbai residence.

Coming back to Taurani, the producer is gearing up for the release of his upcoming production Bhoot Police. Helmed by Pawan Kripalani, Bhoot Police features Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Yami Gautam and Jacqueline Fernandez.
