The film is set in the backdrop of Indo-Pak War of 1971, when the Indian Air Force airstrip in Bhuj was restored by 300 village women. The film will explore much of the brave story of these women.

Ajay Devgn will be seen portraying the role of Wing Commander Vijay Karnik, who was an in-charge of the Bhuj airbase in Gujarat during the Indo-Pak war of 1971. While talking about the film and its plot, a source close to the development has informed us, that the actors and the crew have been gearing up to make it an extravaganza film and a visual treat for the fans.

“The film will be a tribute to unparalleled brave story portrayal of 300 villages from the Madhapar village of Bhuj who accomplished the task of recovering the airstrip which was damaged during the war. For about 200 women from the village came to Indian Air Force’s aid and helped the soldiers armed with nothing. The film will showcase the brave story of women who accomplished the task in just 72 hrs, without food and their own safety,” informs our source.

The source also informed us that the makers have been planning to make it a high end visual treat for the audience. Setting the climax of the film with one of the most enthralling scenes such as landing an air-force plane on a truck. However, the makers have not officially confirmed about it.

We hope it will be as grand visually as it sounds on paper right now. After all, we have Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt leading the film’s cast who are known to have an eye for perfectionism. Let’s wait and watch what grand spectacle awaits us on the Independence Day weekend of 2020, when the movie hits screens.
