Bhumi is back with a much thinner figure this year in her latest photoshoot!

Bhumi Pednekar is such a gorgeous actress with an intense acting prowess, but we get to see her glamorous glimpses only off-the-camera! So unfair! Nevertheless, for now, we’re ecstatic to see how the lady welcomed 2018, courtesy her latest photoshoot for Verve India wherein she’s looking much slimmer (is it the photo manipulation effect?) and utterly charming.

For the cover photo of the magazine, Bhumi went the disco stripes and retro glitter route that featured a high-neck pinstriped metallic top from Zara. She teamed it up with a high-waist, funky green skirt from H&M. Styled by Divyak D’souza, the actress’s outfit is a riot of colours and reminiscent of the 90s. Isn’t it? B-town’s ace makeup and hair artist Elton J Fernandez chose subtle makeup that beautifully highlighted the eyebrows and included a nude lip for a natural look. And the voluminous messy waves, statement statement ring from Mrinalini Chandra and chain drop earrings from Riddhika Jesrani just nailed the glamorous theme.

In one of the inside pictures, Bhumi is striking a pose in this super fitted Bibhu Mohapatra ensemble in black and white. Does that give us a little déjà vu moment? If your memory is as sharp as ours, you’ll remember that even Kangana Ranaut wore the same dress at a recent event. Of course, Kangana pulled it off a tad better but we ain’t really complaining with Bhumi’s look. The actress kept her hair messy and opted for nude makeup. Boy, she seems to be fascinated with the nude game!

We totally love designer Bibhu Mohapatra’s shiny, bright orange blouse and gold skirt with shimmery embellishments in this snapshot. Bhumi rocks the outfit like a boss and those flower danglers do take the look many notches higher.

This has got to be our favourite avatar. The lady looks radiant and at least 10 years younger in those colourful patchwork black shorts and that oversized white jumper. We just wish she had ditched that blue chain necklace and made the outfit do all the talking. Bhumi rounded off the look with ankle-length and pointy toe boots that added an air of rock-chic allure.

My, my, Bhumi has truly sashayed into the New Year, taking our breaths away in the process. Glam, talent, and panache, she has got it all.
