Bhumi Pednekar is on a movie signing spree; with three releases next year

Talking about the most exciting young actors of our times, actress Bhumi Pednekar is proving herself to be one of the top contenders in the list. The actress is rather new to the industry with only three releases to her credit, including, ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’, ‘Toilet : Ek Prem Katha’ and ‘Shubh Mangal Savdhaan’, but her stint in all three have made her one of the most sought after actresses today.

Bhumi is a hit machine for filmmakers and is also extremely choosy about her projects as she gravitates towards unique concepts and stories.

And as a much coveted young actor, Bhumi is on a roll these days. The actress is on a movie signing spree and will have not one, not two, but as many as three releases next year. And she is all set to display her versatility as an actor in all these three diverse films.

Bhumi’s next year’s releases include Abhishek Chaubey’s ‘Son Chiriya’ set in 1970s Chambal valley. The film also stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Manoj Bajpayee. The second being Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Womaniya’, and the third will be ‘Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare’ alongside Konkana Sen Sharma, directed by the acclaimed Alankrita Srivastava.

Apart from these three releases next year, Bhumi has also bagged a role in Karan Johar’s star-studded magnum opus ‘Takht’ starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
