Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda has always been in news for her glamorous appearances. People had actually started thinking that she is Bollywood ready and might make her debut soon. However, Navya in her first ever interview, has clarified that she is not keen on becoming and actress.
Navya along with her mother Shweta Bachchan and grandmother Jaya Bachchan has featured on the cover of Vogue magazine, and for that she has given an interview. When she was asked if she is making her Bollywood debut, Navya said, “No way I’ll make a career in acting. I am enjoying my internship at the advertising agency.”
Navya’s mother, Shweta is also not keen on making her daughter an actress. She said, “I really try to tell Navya about all the cons [of being a part of the film industry]. I have nothing against the industry, it’s who we are. But, it’s not an easy world to be in.” Well, Shweta too stayed away from the big screen, and didn’t make her acting debut.

Sara Ali Khan and Jhanvi Kapoor, who are nearly the same age as Navya, are gearing up for their acting debut. While Sara will be seen in Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kedarnath’ opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, Jhanvi will be launched by Karan Johar. Reportedly, Jhanvi will be paired opposite Shahid Kapoor’s brother, Ishaan Khatter, in the Hindi remake of ‘Sairat’. While Sara’s film has been officially announced, we are yet to get a confirmation for Jhanvi’s film.
