Bobby Deol to play antagonist along with Saif Ali Khan in Jr NTR starrer Devara Part 1; Read deets

After playing the villain in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal, actor Bobby Deol is all set to play a negative role in Jr NTR-led Devara Part 1. According to the latest report, Bobby will be essaying the role of antagonist in the first part alongside Saif Ali Khan. Even though Saif was finalised earlier, it is reported that they both will have meaty roles as antagonists.

Bobby Deol to play villain in Devara Part 1

A source told Hindustan Times, “Yes, the team is in talks with Bobby Deol and discussions are in the final stage. Bobby will also play an antagonist in this movie. Saif Ali Khan will be the main antagonist in Devara Part 1 and Bobby Deol will enter Devara Part 1 towards the end of the film. In Devara Part 2, both Saif and Bobby will have meaty roles as antagonists”.

Bobby garnered immense love from fans after he essayed the role of Abrar. Despite having no dialogue and limited screen time, people loved him and wanted more of him in the movie. Given people’s reactions, we wonder how he is going to impress the audience this time with Devara.

Janhvi Kapoor on working with Jr NTR

Earlier, Janhvi revealed her working experience with the RRR star. She told India Today Conclave in 2023, “Working with Jr NTR has been a dream. I recently re-watched RRR. The magnitude of charisma that he has… to be able to share screen space with him will be one of the biggest joys of my life.”

Reportedly, ms Kapoor will not have a very extensive role in Devara Part 1. However, most of her sequences will be part of the second film. Nevertheless, it’s an exciting role for her.
