Phase 5 of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 is currently underway, covering 49 constituencies across six states and two Union Territories. A significant focus is on the high-profile six seats in Mumbai, Maharashtra. On this pivotal day, several Bollywood celebrities like Suniel Shetty, Govinda, Janhvi Kapoor, Akshay Kumar and others made early appearances to cast their votes. As the actors left the voting booth after casting votes they encouraged their fans to do the same. Among the early voters was actress Janhvi Kapoor, known for her role in ‘Mr & Mrs Mahi’. Janhvi stepped out in an elegant pink anarkali suit with minimal makeup, holding her voter card. She smiled brightly and posed for the paparazzi before and after voting.

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan and wife Jaya Bachchan spotted at the polling booth in all white.
Actor Rajkummar Rao, also part of ‘Mr & Mrs Mahi’, arrived at the polling station in a maroon-printed t-shirt. He acknowledged the praise for his latest track and proudly displayed his inked finger post-vote.
Parents-to- be, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh showed up in style at the voting booth. The couple were twinning in white shirts as they were snapped stepping out of their car. Ranveer was seen helping Deepika as she struggled to walk amidst pregnancy.
Shahid Kapoor used Instagram to share a selfie after voting, emphasising the importance of every vote with the message, “Cast your vote. Every vote matters.”
