Boney Kapoor’s luck has not favoured him when it comes to his love life as he has lost both his wives. He recently lost his second wife Sridevi, after she accidentally drowning in her hotel bathtub. The actress was in Dubai to attend the wedding of Mohit Marwah and Antara Motiwala.
Whereas, Boney Kapoor’s ex-wife and Anshula Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s mother, Mona Shourie had passed away in 2012 after suffering from cancer at the age of 48. He recently got candid in an interview with SpotboyE about the losses and much more.
Boney Kapoor was asked about what keeps him going after suffering the losses to which he replied, “My shock absorbers are strong, physically and emotionally. I wouldn’t lie. I have my moments when I am down and low. But I gather myself when decisions are to be taken. Today, I am prepared for anything. I don’t fear anything. I am ready to face. That a streak/trait in me that has kept me strong. I can carry on with life with eventualities that have not been good.”

Boney Kapoor added, “I am a friendly father. I have been through this age. I know its pitfalls and the bright spots. All my children are within limits. As far as her career moves of Janhvi are concerned, she will have Karan and me around. But I won’t live forever. She is young. I am 62-63. I am not being philosophical.”
