Brahmastra: Fans of Shah Rukh Khan cheer for him as Karan Johar shares action-packed clip of Vanarastra

Brahmastra has been creating a lot of buzz and as the release date is coming closer, the excitement has doubled. Brahmastra: Part One Shiva is releasing on September 9. Just eight days left for the Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt starrer to hit the screens, and on Thursday, Karan Johar has increased the excitement as he shared a clip of Vanarastra from the film. Who is playing Vanarastra? Well, it’s still under wraps now but fans believe it’s none other than Shah Rukh Khan. Well, the makers are yet to confirm.

Sharing the clip, Karan Johar wrote, “The extraordinary power of Vānarāstra will unfold in just 8 days!” The short clip shows the Vanarastra kicking a ball of fire at an antagonist, who falls to the ground. The face of the Vanarastra’s character is not shown or revealed in the video clip. But yes, from the physical structure, he looks like Shah Rukh Khan. While fans cheered for SRK, actor Namashi Chakraborty also commented, “Shah Rukh!”.

Meanwhile, Mouni Roy who is playing a pivotal role in Ayan Mukerji’s directorial has confirmed that Shah Rukh Khan has a special appearance in Brahmastra. In a recent chat with Bollywood Hungama while talking about her co-stars in the film, she said, “When you are working with Ranbir, Alia, Bachchan sir, Nagarjuna sir, Shah Rukh sir has also played a guest appearance in it.”
