Breaking – Another Witness identifies Salman Khan in Hit & Run case

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is at present gearing up for the release of his upcoming action thriller ‘Kick’. The trailer of the movie has received a stupendous response from his fans and critics alike. But its back to reality for the Dabangg Khan. His infamous ‘Hit & Run Case’ retrial is to continue today and the actor has already reached the court for the hearing.

In the last session three witnesses had testified and identified Salman Khan, of which two of them had seen him getting off the driver side of the car at the time of the incident. Another witness had lodged a complaint with the police of being threatened.

The prosecution witness has identified Salman Khan and said he saw him getting out of the car after the accident.
A bar owner also testified in court on Monday and said that drinks were served at the table occupied by Salman and his friends on the night of the hit and run.

Salman Khan’s car had run over a group of people sleeping on a pavement in Bandra, killing one person and injuring four others in the Hit & Run incident.

Also the owner of a dairy near the site of the accident, Ramashray Pandey, was called to identify the actor and said that he was not sure that the actor was driving the car as his view was obstructed by people.

Ramashray Pandey said, “When Salman got down from the car I saw the car and did not see anybody in the front seat. The driver’s side of the car was already open.”
