Aryan Khan, Arbaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha remanded to Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody till 7 October. They were arrested on Sunday, October 3, in the cruise drug seizure case. The star kid and two others were taken to the court on Monday. The NCB had sought custody of Aryan Khan till October 11. According to a report in the Indian Express, during the hearing, the NCB said that a “shocking, incriminating material” was found of Aryan’s phone. Aryan Khan and others were arrested on Sunday, October 3 in connection to the cruise drug seizure case.

ANI took to Twitter and reported Aryan Khan being sent to NCB custody. The tweet read, “Cruise ship raid case | Narcotics Control Bureau seeks 9-day custody of the other five accused in the case Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha sent to NCB custody till 7th October. (sic)

Aryan Khan’s case is being presented by Lawyer Satish Maneshinde, representing Aryan Khan in court, had said that no substance seized from his client was in contravention of the NDPS Act. He said, “If any substance is seized from any other person (co-accused), that doesn’t make any ground to take my client into custody.” Khan’s lawyer said that nothing was seized from the star kid during the cruise raid.

This afternoon, the star kid was taken to the court with others for the drug seizure case hearing. Aryan Khan including 10 people were detained by the NCB in the drug bust on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. The NCB busted the rave party during late hours on Saturday.

Aryan Khan along with other accused in the case were taken to the hospital for medical checks. Even on Sunday, Aryan was taken to Killa court with others.

For the unversed, the NCB entered the cruise ship posing as passengers.
