Aryan was to be released from jail on Friday itself, however, due to a slight delay in the submission of the release papers to the superintendent, the star kid had to spend one more night in prison. In videos from outside Arthur Road jail, the officers were captured collecting the release papers at 5:30 AM.
The court had previously passed the judgment on Aryan Khan’s bail plea on October 28, granting him bail. However, the court said that it would keep the bail order for October 29, with the bail conditions.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan met with Aryan’s team of lawyers after the court granted his son bail in the case. SRK looked happy as he posed for a picture with the legal team. The actor flashed a bright smile for the picture. Ahead of Aryan’s release, SRK’s Mannat was also all decked up with lights on Friday evening.
Aryan Khan was denied bail by the lower court earlier. The special NDPS court rejected the star kid’s bail application. He was then remanded to judicial custody till October 30. It was then that Aryan Khan’s lawyers filed for a bail plea in the Bombay High court.
Aryan will reunite with his parents- Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan and his family after being released from jail.
