Online info can misguide you at times!
Now, we all depend on 'Google' for whatever doubt we have in mind. Be it about dating, dressing or even DIETING. Alia, during the FB live session with her dietitian, confessed that various information available online can sometimes be helpless. She said, “Everyone’s talking about gluten-free pizza, brown bread and red rice, about reducing their carb intake, and I’m eating white bread and butter at 4 am. Rujuta showed me how local food eaten in moderation can be healthy.”
Sugar is not your enemy!
All the dietitians you'll go and consult, the first thing which they'll tell you is to eliminate sugar from your food habit. But, Alia's dietitian, Rujuta recalls the jaw-drop she got when she recommended Alia to swap out the honey in her nimbu paani with a spoonful of sugar and saffron. Alia during her FB session said, “Ever since Rujuta told me that the drink is great for my hair too, I don’t skip it. Not having sugar or salt gave me cramps; it’s harmful to give it up entirely." BRAVO!
Don’t skip on basics!

So what makes it to her daily lunchbox? “Dal khichdi and curd rice are my favourites with a spoonful of ghee,” she added.
Natural is the key!
Yes, we know that you’ve heard this millions of times. So has Alia, and she ensures that her daily fluid intake involves lassi and chhaas made out of purely organic milk. Also, mommy Soni Razdan ensures that the milk delivered to Alia is in glass bottles instead of plastic packs. What will you get in return for indulging your sweet tooth?
