Breaking: Salman Khan’s sentence suspended

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan had been charged as guilty in the 2002 Hit & Run Case. Sessions Court Judge Deshpande had given him a five year jail term. But as soon as Salman Khan was charged, his lawyers moved the High Court and got him a two day bail.

Today the bail plea is being heard in the High Court. Judge Thipsey who had granted the bail has taken the final decision after listening to the Defence Lawyer and Public Prosecutor.

The proceeding took place in court number 21. Salman’s lawyer Amit Desai argued his appeal against his conviction and bail plea. The judge then asked to view Ravindra Patil’s statements. Salman Khan’s lawyer had brought up the fourth person point. Kamal Khan who was ignored by the prosecution. This helped Salman Khan’s case and the Judge has now suspended his case.

Court has not announced Salman Khan innocent but has just cancelled Session Court’s 5 year imprisonment.
