Bruna Abdullah flaunts baby bump in latest post, talks about postpartum issues

Bruna Abdullah is continuing to inspire all the moms out there even after delivering her baby. The actress had recently written about women having body image issues post their delivery and given an inspirational message to all the moms out there.

Bruna Abdullah took to her Instagram to share an image of herself from when she was pregnant, she is seen flaunting her baby bump wearing a black crop top. In the caption, the actress wrote, she understands that women struggle with how their bodies look like after having a baby.

But she wrote about her experience of having a baby that she did not look at her body as an issue instead she looked at it as a figure of endurance that successfully delivered a healthy baby and that now her body has adapted to feed that child. She wrote that for the first time in her life she looked at the mirror and did not wish that she was thinner or more toned. She wrote, “Instead, I just saw beautiful endurance.”

Bruna Abdullah gave birth to a baby girl on August 31 in Mumbai. She named her Isabelle and opted for a waterbirth. She had written on her Instagram about it. She always wanted a water birth, she did not want to deal with medication at the hospital and wanted the birth to be gentle. She said that her close family was present during the birth and she was prepared for the birth as she had worked out and had a balanced diet.
