Alongside netizens, several Bollywood celebrities have come out in support of students who are protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act which has been introduced by the government of India. Staring off from Assam, the ongoing protest has triggered several parts of India such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and few others. Bollywood celebs such as Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Vicky Kaushal, Ajay Devgn, and others took to their social media handles to express their opinions. The ‘Gully Boy’ actress, Alia Bhatt too shared her opinion on the same. Supporting the students, she tweeted a wrong preamble picture and ended up getting trolled by the netizens.

Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram stories and shared the old picture of the Preamble to the constitution which was amended during the 42nd Amendment. The preamble then included words such as ‘sovereign democratic republic’ in it and later it was changed to ‘sovereign, socialist secular democratic republic.’ Looks like Alia got her hands on the old picture of Preamble and thus she became the reason yet again to get trolled.

Here’s take a look at the netizens’ reaction on her post.
